FREE Parking

There are 4000 free spots available in the surface parking lots D, E and F. It pays to get there early and fast. If you miss them, the race recommends that you park in any of the lots downtown. Fountain Square might be your best option if you have to get home to your turkey.

The Perfect Tag Timing

The tag is a tiny device attached to your shoelace to record your net time. It doesn't matter if you start at the back of the pack, walk the race, or get squished at the start. The tag will start your official time when you cross the computer pads at the starting line, and stop when you cross the finish line. Your results will be online.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you can't run or walk, how about volunteering? It's so much fun. There's registration, water stations, party set-up and finish line marshals and more. Send us an email using the Contact Form.

Finish Line Celebration

Post Race party is at Paul Brown Stadium. Music and food will be on the plaza level at Paul Brown Stadium. Enjoy lots of McDonald Apple dippers, cookies and healthy foods, Kroger snacks, Dasani Water and lots of Sunny D and Exhilaration.

Water Stop and Pit Stop

The Ronald McDonald House volunteers will be serving Alpine Valley Water at mile marker 3.
Port-a-lets will also be available at mile 3.

Training Program

Bob Roncker and The Running Spot will host a personalized training program for runners and walkers. It includes a variety of benefits including group runs, expert speakers, coaching advice from Bob, shoe and foot analysis, and the secrets to running a great 10k!
